This role focuses on translating technical specifications into robust solutions, ensuring seamless implementation, and driving continuous improvement in Jira workflows. We are seeking an experienced Jira Administrator with 5+ years of expertise to join our team. The Jira Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Jira platform, ensuring that it supports business processes efficiently. This role will be pivotal in implementing best practices, configuring tools, and driving enhancements in Jira usage across the organization. - Configuration & Customization: Create, customize, and maintain dashboards, filters, and queries to support user reporting needs. Implement changes to improve workflows, automation, and overall productivity. - Jira Administration: Oversee all aspects of Jira, including workflows, custom fields, schemes, permissions, add-ons, and integrations. Ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs. - Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end users, ensuring a user-friendly experience. Respond promptly to Jira-related issues and requests. - Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement best practices for Jira usage. Proactively identify areas for improvement and apply solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. - Documentation: Maintain clear, structured documentation of configurations, workflows, and processes to ensure consistent knowledge sharing and compliance. - Communication: Clear communicator with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the Jira Business Analyst. - 5+ years of hands-on Jira Administration experience, managing complex configurations and integrations. - Expertise in Jira workflows, custom fields, schemes, add-ons, and advanced configuration. - Must have Strong problem-solving ability, stakeholder management, excellent communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
