Senior Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain software applications using .NET Core, C#, C++, and other relevant languages. Design and implement object-oriented solutions and database designs to meet project requirements. Utilize common design patterns to optimize software architecture and performance. Act as a senior developer with design responsibilities, providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Work with large codebases for Windows-based applications, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability. Proficiently use SQL or similar database query languages for data manipulation and retrieval. Collaborate effectively within an Agile and Scrum framework, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Database Proficiency: Strong experience with SQL or similar database query language for data manipulation and retrieval. Agile and Scrum Framework: Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
